Do you know about chia seeds?

They come from a plant and are packed with essential nutrients for health, such as omega-3s, fiber, protein, antioxidants, and they also contain calcium. 

A true superfood!

These seeds are delicious in pudding that can be prepared in advance and serves as a nutritious breakfast. But it can also be enjoyed as a snack and dessert!


4 recipes are offered in the video we show you below, but the base remains the same: 


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or your preferred plant/animal milk)
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup


Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a Mason jar. 

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. 

Top with your favorite ingredients.

The pudding can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. 



The 4 proposed alternatives are delicious. 

Use the basic recipe and add the following toppings:


Chai style pudding

  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tiny pinch of cardamom 
  • A few ground cloves
  • 2 teaspoons of chopped raisins


Green matcha and coconut pudding

  • 1 teaspoon of matcha powder 
  • 2 teaspoons of grated coconut


Banana and strawberry pudding

  • 2 tablespoons of chopped banana
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped strawberries
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon


Chocolate pudding

  • 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
