It is easy and quick to prepare and even easier to eat!

INGREDIENTS

250 g of strawberries, fresh or frozen

1/3 cup of chia seeds

1/4 cup of maple syrup

PREPARATION

  • Place the strawberries in the blender and pulse until you obtain a purée.
  • Pour the purée into a bowl and add the chia seeds and maple syrup. Mix well.
  • Transfer the jam into a sterilized glass jar and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

It's ready!
