Step out of the ordinary when you feel like snacking! Prepare these beet chips, which will offer you a superb color and a sweet touch!
Guilt-free munching!
Ingredients:
2 cooked beets
Salt
NOTE: You can also use raw beets, but they will need to be lightly oiled with olive oil before baking.

Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 230°F (110 °C).
2. With a mandoline or a sharp knife, cut the beets into very thin slices.
3. Place the beet slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Sprinkle a little salt (or other spices of your choice).
5. Bake for about 1 hour and a quarter, depending on the oven's power, until they are well dried.
6. Allow the beet chips to cool before enjoying them, with a yogurt sauce if desired.
