Ingredients
- 1 can of crushed tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of onion
- 2 teaspoons of oregano
- 1 teaspoon of basil
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 1 teaspoon of crushed peppers
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt

Preparation
- In a saucepan, add the oil, onions, crushed peppers, basil, oregano, and thyme.
- Cook for 4 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Add the garlic and continue to cook for one minute.
- Add the tomatoes, sugar, and salt.
- Lower the heat and let simmer for about thirty minutes
- You can use the sauce now or refrigerate it for 1 week, it is also possible to freeze it for up to 3 months.
