A Huge Success for the No-Bake White Chocolate Rice Krispies Cookie

I never get tired of trying cookies, these turned out to be an immense success!

Ingredients

• 2 cups of rice cereal
• 1 cup of miniature marshmallows
• ½ cup of creamy peanut butter
• 1 pound of white chocolate
• ¼ cup of mini chocolate chips

Preparation

1. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix the cereal and marshmallows.
3. Melt the white chocolate and peanut butter using a double boiler.
4. Pour into the cereal mixture and mix well.
5. Drop onto the prepared sheets with a spoon.
6. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips, if desired.
7. Place in the refrigerator until the chocolate is set.
