A no-bake cake with Scottish caramel, pure delight!

A super quick dessert to prepare! Wow, only 4 ingredients for a decadent result!

Ingredients

1 box of Graham crackers (400g) 

1 box of vanilla pudding (102g) 

1 box of butterscotch pudding (99g) 

1 cup of frozen whipped topping, thawed 

maple syrup or caramel of your choice, optional

Preparation

1. In separate bowls, prepare the puddings according to the package instructions, then transfer to the fridge for 1 hour.

2. Cover the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with Graham crackers, then pour a layer of vanilla pudding.

3. Add a second layer of crackers, then pour a layer of butterscotch pudding.

4. Place a final layer of crackers then spread the whipped topping. 

5. Pour a small drizzle of maple syrup or caramel on top.

6. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
