Ingredients:
4 cups of mashed potatoes
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of sour cream
1 tablespoon of chives
1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan
2 tablespoons of melted butter, divided

Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
2. Butter a muffin tin.
3. Mix the potatoes, sour cream, 1 tablespoon of melted butter, bacon, chives, and Parmesan in a bowl.
4. Fill and press each mold with the potato mixture.
5. Brush the top with the remaining melted butter and top with cheddar cheese.
6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
7. Let cool slightly before unmolding.
