A Salad That Tastes Like Heaven!

Let's be honest: our lunch hour allows us to survive increasingly long days, so there's no way we can keep eating a dull and tasteless lunch. Tonight, prepare this delicious little salad to accompany your favorite sandwich and we promise you'll be in heaven tomorrow when you open your lunchbox at the office!

Ingredients:

• 1 package of cheese tortellini
• 1 package of basil pesto
• 2 cups of cherry Caprese tomatoes
• 1 cup of mozzarella, cubed
• fresh basil, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions.
2. Drain, then rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
3. Transfer the pasta to a large bowl.
4. Add the pesto, cheese, and cheese. Mix gently.
5. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes up to 8 hours.
6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
