Ingredients
1 1/2 packet of gelatin
1/4 cup of milk
2 cups of Nordic shrimp
1 package of cream cheese
1 teaspoon of paprika
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons of chopped chives
1 cup of cream
Preparation
In a bowl, combine the gelatin and milk.
In the bowl of a food processor, mix the shrimp, cream cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat the milk in the microwave for a few seconds and add it to the mixture.
Transfer to a bowl and add the chives.
With an electric mixer, whip the cream until firm peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mixture using a spatula.
Divide into four ramekins.
Refrigerate for at least one hour.

Option 2: Super Popular Shrimp Mousse!
Ingredients
8 ounces of Philadelphia cheese
1 10-ounce can of tomato soup
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup of chopped celery
1/2 cup of chopped onions
1 1/2 packet of gelatin
1/2 cup of cold water
1 can of drained shrimp
Preparation
In a double boiler, melt the cheese and tomato soup.
In a bowl, combine the gelatin with cold water.
In a large bowl, combine the melted cream cheese, gelatin, and all remaining ingredients.
Beat with an electric mixer and transfer to the fridge for 2 hours.
