INGREDIENTS

1 can of Campbell's condensed tomato soup

2 cups of cream cheese

1 tbsp of powdered gelatin

1/4 cup of red onions, finely chopped

1/4 cup of celery, finely chopped

1 cup of mayonnaise

1 cup of Matane shrimp, finely chopped

PREPARATION

  1. Heat over medium-high, the can of tomato soup with the cream cheese.
  2. Add the gelatin. Mix and remove from heat.
  3. Add the onions, celery, mayonnaise, and shrimp.
  4. Pour into a greased dish.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours to let the gelatin set.
  6. Serve on crackers!
