A really simple recipe to make!


Ingredients

  • 6 cups of chicken broth 
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sambal Oelek 
  • 16 Asian wontons frozen with chicken or pork
  • 2 sliced mushrooms
  • 4 leaves of baby kale or baby spinach
  • 8 ounces of cooked rice noodles 
  • a dash of hoisin sauce 
  • fresh coriander 


Preparation

  1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, sesame oil, and sambal oelek to a boil.
  2. Add the frozen wontons, mushrooms, and kale and let simmer for 3 minutes.
  3. When serving, add a dash of hoisin sauce and some fresh coriander.
