Here is a simple and delicious way to add vegetables to your diet. These bites will make even the toughest palates love cauliflower!
A great side dish for many meals or why not? a meal in itself!
Ingredients:
1 medium-sized head of cauliflower, cut into bites
1 cup (250 ml) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup (125 ml) grated parmesan
1/2 cup (125 ml) breadcrumbs
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon (5 ml) garlic powder
1 teaspoon (5 ml) onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Fresh chopped parsley

Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. In a large bowl, mix the cheddar cheese, parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
4. Beat the eggs in another bowl.
4. Dip each cauliflower piece in the beaten eggs, then roll them in the cheese and breadcrumb mixture, ensuring each piece is well coated.
5. Place the coated cauliflower pieces on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower bites are golden and crispy.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving (optional).
