It can be eaten alone or with a plate of pasta...The beef, bacon, and cheese meatball
Ingredients
Drizzle of olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 pack of bacon, cooked and diced
2 pounds lean ground beef
1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
6 ounces of cheddar cheese
2 eggs
Salt & pepper
Glaze
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar

Preparation
1-Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
2-Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.
3-In a skillet, heat the oil, add the onions and cook for 10 minutes.
4-In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, cheese, eggs, bacon, onions, and salt and pepper.
5-Mix by hand until ingredients are combined.
6-Shape the meat into 15 meatballs and place them in the prepared dish.
7-Bake the meatballs for 18 to 20 minutes.
8-Heat the brown sugar and ketchup and brush the meatballs.
9-Serve over mashed potatoes.
