
A family classic, this time without condensed gumbo soup!
I must confess, personally, I don't like chicken and gumbo soup! To each their own tastes, but in my case, it's simply a no! So I present to you my recipe for stuffed buns... without condensed gumbo.
Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 lb ground beef
• 1 chopped onion
• 1/3 cup ketchup
• 1/3 cup chili sauce
• 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 10 drops of Tabasco sauce
• Salt and pepper
• Steamed hot dog buns or small salad buns
Preparation:
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over high heat.
Add the onion, then season with salt and pepper. Sauté for 1 minute and remove the excess fat from the beef.
Add the ketchup, chili sauce, Tabasco sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
Reduce the heat and let cook for a few minutes.
