Ingredients
454 g of chicken breast cubes
Salt and pepper
1 bunch of broccoli
8 ounces of sliced mushrooms
3 tablespoons of oil
For the sauce:
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of fresh ginger
2 teaspoons of sesame oil
1/3 cup of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 cup of chicken broth
1/4 cup of flour
Preparation
In a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil.
Add the chicken cubes, season with salt and pepper, and brown the meat on all sides. Set it aside on a plate.
Now add 1 tablespoon of oil and add the mushrooms.
Cook for 4 minutes and incorporate the broccoli florets.
Once tender but still slightly crunchy, set them aside.
Heat an additional tablespoon of oil and add the garlic and ginger.
Add sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, chicken broth, and flour.
Return the chicken and vegetables to the saucepan and let simmer until the chicken is well cooked.
