INGREDIENTS
21 g of unflavored gelatin powder (knox)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of Baileys
1 cup of sweetened condensed milk
2 cups of milk
PREPARATION
- Sprinkle the gelatin into 1/2 cup of cold water while stirring. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Heat the gelatin/water mixture in a double boiler until completely dissolved. Set aside.
- Pour the milk into a saucepan and place over low heat (it should not boil).
- When warm, add the Bailey's, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla.
- Mix and raise the temperature until you see the first bubbles. Remove from heat.
- Add the reserved gelatin and mix well.
- Pour into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Unmold onto a beautiful presentation plate and enjoy!
