Back to work and back to school, here is a perfect snack
A super simple recipe to make, the banana, Greek yogurt, and oat muffin.
A great snack to add to your child's lunchbox.
Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup brown sugar
1½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and butter a muffin tin.
In a large bowl, add all the ingredients except the chocolate chips
You can use a food processor or a stand mixer.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Divide the batter into your muffin tin.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Allow to cool before removing from the tin.
