According to American Test Kitchen, cooking bacon with a little water would prevent fats from being splattered all over the stove! So we tested it too, and indeed, it's the key!
Just add just enough water to cover the bacon slices. Then cook the bacon until the water has completely evaporated.
The result... crispy bacon and a clean stove!
