We're treating ourselves today! Only 15 minutes of preparation for this delicious Boston cake!
Easy and quick, I offer you a dessert that always makes a great impression!
Ingredients
For the cake:
● 3 cups of milk
● 1 pack of Graham crackers
● 1 container of 8 ounces of Cool Whip
● 2 packs of instant vanilla pudding
For the topping:
● 1 cup of sugar
● 1/2 cup of butter
● 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
● 1/4 cup of milk
● 1 teaspoon of vanilla
Preparation
Line a 9 x 13 inch dish with parchment paper.
Spread a layer of Graham crackers, so as to completely cover the surface.
In a large bowl, mix the pudding packets, whipped topping, and milk. Pour half of the mixture over the Graham crackers.
Add a second layer of Graham crackers, the remaining pudding, and a final layer of crackers.
In a saucepan, combine all the topping ingredients. Once the chocolate is melted, pour evenly over the top layer of Graham crackers.
Cover and transfer to the freezer for at least 4 hours.
