In a large measuring cup, crack your eggs.
Add the milk and mix.
Then add the grated white cheddar cheese and continue mixing.
Next, cook your bacon in a pan until it becomes completely crispy. Crumble it into small pieces, which you'll add to your mixture.
Add salt and pepper and mix everything until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
In a cupcake tin that you have pre-greased, pour your mixture up to three-quarters of each compartment.
Then add a bit of grated white cheddar cheese on top of each little "cake".
Finish garnishing by adding some chopped chives.
Then bake in a conventional oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
