In a large measuring cup, crack your eggs.

Add the milk and mix.

Then add the grated white cheddar cheese and continue to mix.

Then cook your bacon in a pan until it becomes completely crispy. Break it into small bits, which you will add to your mixture.

Add salt and pepper, then mix everything until the ingredients are evenly distributed.

In a muffin tin that you have greased beforehand, pour your mixture up to three-quarters of each compartment.

Then add a bit of grated white cheddar cheese on top of each little "cake."

Finish the topping by adding some pieces of chives.

Then bake in a conventional oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
