Goodbye classic banana bread!

Forget the classic banana bread and say hello to the delicious Hawaiian bread we present to you today!
Ingredients:
2 cups (230 g) of flour
1 teaspoon (5 g) of baking powder
½ teaspoon of baking soda
¼ teaspoon of salt
½ cup (125 g) of butter, softened
1 cup (225 g) of sugar
2 eggs
1 very ripe banana, mashed
One 20-ounce can (591 ml) of crushed pineapple in their juice, not drained
¼ cup (18 g) sweetened shredded coconut
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C)
2. In a large bowl, mix the butter and sugar with an electric mixer at low speed until creamy.
3. Add the eggs and continue to mix gently
4. Slowly incorporate the banana and pineapple puree
5. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
6. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients
7. Stir in the shredded coconut
8. Pour the batter into a bread pan prepared with non-stick spray or parchment paper
9. Bake for 1 hour
10. Allow the bread to cool completely before removing it from the pan.
