
Make a change and opt for a refreshing salad
Never cooked it before? It is without exception one of the best salads I know!
Ingredients
Salad:
2 broccoli, cut into pieces
2 carrots, grated
1 apple, chopped
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup walnuts, toasted in a frying pan and coarsely chopped
1/4 cup red grapes
Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation
Salad:
In a pan, toast the walnuts for 5 minutes. Coarsely chop them.
Prepare your vegetables.
In a large bowl, mix the broccoli, carrots, apple, onion, and walnuts.
Dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture.
