Ingredients
2 eggs
2 cups of sugar
2½ cups of flour
2 tsp of baking soda
½ tsp of salt
1 large can of fruit salad with juice
For the sauce:
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of margarine
1 cup of evaporated milk
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and butter and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
In a bowl, combine the sugar, flour, baking soda, and salt.
Incorporate the eggs and the fruit salad.
Pour into the prepared pan.
Bake for 45 minutes.
In a saucepan, mix the sugar, margarine, and evaporated milk.
Bring to a boil and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
Poke the hot cake and pour the sauce.
