Ingredients
2 cups brown sugar
4 tbsp cornstarch
1½ cups milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp butter
1 cooked pie crust

Preparation
In a large saucepan, combine the brown sugar and cornstarch.
Add the milk, vanilla, and egg yolks. Mix well.
Bring to a boil, stirring often.
Once the mixture is thick, remove from heat and stir in the butter.
Pour into the cooked pie crust and let cool.
Serve with whipped cream.
