A muffin loaded with everything we love. Carrots, zucchinis, and applesauce, but also raisins and dates.

Ingredients
1 cup flour
1/4 cup oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp oil
3 tbsp milk
1/2 cup applesauce
1 small grated zucchini
1 grated carrot
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped dates

Preparation
1-Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and butter a muffin tin.
2-In a bowl, combine the flour, oats, cinnamon, cloves, and baking powder.
3-In a second bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients.
4-Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
5-Divide evenly into the muffin tin.
6-Bake for 25 minutes
