Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
2 1/4 cups milk
Juice of 1 lemon
2 teaspoons chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
2 cups roasted chicken, shredded
1/2 cup grated parmesan
8 lasagna noodles, cooked

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees f and butter a 9 x 13-inch dish.
In a skillet, melt the butter and add the garlic.
Add the flour, whisking for 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly.
Bring to a boil, then stir in the cream cheese and parmesan.
Simmer for 3 minutes, then add the lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of parsley.
Stir in the shredded chicken.
Spread a layer of sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
Place your cooked noodles on a cutting board.
Spread the chicken Alfredo mixture on each noodle, then roll up.
Place the rolls in the baking dish.
Pour over the remaining sauce and bake for 20 minutes.
