This golden chicken pan-seared is topped with crispy bacon and creamy, smooth honey mustard sauce. Additionally, this easy chicken dish takes only one pan and 30 minutes of your time.

Ingredients
¼ pound of bacon, chopped 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or chicken thighs) Salt and pepper 3 tablespoons of whole grain mustard 2 to 3 cloves of garlic, minced ¼ cup of honey 1 tablespoon of olive oil 1 cup of milk ⅓ cup of cream 2 teaspoons of cornstarch mixed with 2 teaspoons of water 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Set aside.
Leave 1 tablespoon of bacon grease in the skillet and add the chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3 minutes per side. (You do not need to fully cook the chicken at this stage). Set aside.

Add the mustard, minced garlic, honey, milk, and cream to the skillet.

In a small bowl, whisk the cornstarch and water, then pour into the sauce.
Let simmer until the sauce thickens.
Place the chicken back into the skillet and thoroughly coat the breasts with the sauce.
Let simmer until the chicken is cooked through.

Garnish with fresh parsley when serving.
