Quick to prepare, a winning meal all around!
Ingredients
- 5 cups of macaroni, uncooked
- 1 pack of mushrooms, sliced
- 3 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 1/2 bell pepper (color of choice), cut into small cubes
- 480 g ground beef
- 700 g ground veal
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of beef Bovril
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
Preparation
- In a pot of boiling water, cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Reserve.
- In a pan, heat a little olive oil and sauté the vegetables. Reserve on a plate.
- In the same pan, brown the meat and add the onion when the meat is almost cooked. Season the meat to taste.
- Return the vegetables to the pan and add the Bovril and half of the soy sauce.
- Add the cooked macaroni and the remaining soy sauce.
