Quick to prepare, a winning meal all around!

Ingredients

  • 5 cups of macaroni, uncooked
  • 1 pack of mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 1/2 bell pepper (color of choice), cut into small cubes
  • 480 g ground beef
  • 700 g ground veal
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of beef Bovril
  • 2/3 cup soy sauce

Preparation

  1. In a pot of boiling water, cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Reserve.
  2. In a pan, heat a little olive oil and sauté the vegetables. Reserve on a plate. 
  3. In the same pan, brown the meat and add the onion when the meat is almost cooked. Season the meat to taste.
  4. Return the vegetables to the pan and add the Bovril and half of the soy sauce.
  5. Add the cooked macaroni and the remaining soy sauce.
