Ingredients
1/2 cup of butter
1½ cups of sugar
1/2 cup of milk
4 tbsp of cocoa powder
1/2 cup of peanut butter
2 tsp of vanilla
3 cups of quick-cooking oats
½ cup of peanuts
Preparation:
In a saucepan, combine the first 4 ingredients and bring to a boil, let boil for 1 minute and remove from heat.
Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla, mix well and add the oats and peanuts
Pour the mixture into an 8-inch square pan and let cool in the fridge.
In the microwave, melt 1 cup of chocolate chips and a tablespoon of peanut butter, then glaze afterward.
