INGREDIENTS

1 cup of mayonnaise

1 tbsp of lime juice

2 tbsp of Chipotle peppers, seeded and chopped

1 clove of garlic, crushed

1 tbsp of Dijon mustard [pub]

PREPARATION

1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge.

For easier use, you can put the sauce in a bottle with a spout.
