Ingredients
- 1½ cups flour
- 1½ teaspoons sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons cold milk
Preparation
- Place the flour, sugar, and salt directly in the pie pan and mix with your fingers.
- In a measuring cup, mix the oil and milk and whisk.
- Pour into the flour mixture. Mix with a fork until the flour mixture is completely moistened.
- Press the dough with your fingers, first on the sides of the plate and then on the bottom.
- Your pie crust is now ready to be filled.
- If you want a pre-baked crust, preheat the oven to 425 degrees f.
- Prick the surface of the dough with a fork and bake for 15 minutes.
