A recipe that offers you a homemade pie crust that is simply delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups flour
  • 1½ teaspoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons cold milk

Preparation

  1. Place the flour, sugar, and salt directly in the pie pan and mix with your fingers.
  2. In a measuring cup, mix the oil and milk and whisk.
  3. Pour into the flour mixture. Mix with a fork until the flour mixture is completely moistened.
  4. Press the dough with your fingers, first on the sides of the plate and then on the bottom.
  5. Your pie crust is now ready to be filled.
  6. If you want a pre-baked crust, preheat the oven to 425 degrees f.
  7. Prick the surface of the dough with a fork and bake for 15 minutes.
