Easy and Quick Apple Dessert

An easy and quick apple cake...

Need a last-minute dessert, it will do the job perfectly.

Ingredients

1½ cups of brown sugar

⅓ cup of oil

1 egg

1 cup of buttermilk

1 tsp of baking soda

1 teaspoon of vanilla

2½ cups of flour

1½ cups of chopped apples

1/2 cup of sugar

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

1 tablespoon of butter

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

Mix the ingredients in the order indicated, except for the last 3 ingredients.

Pour the batter into a greased 9 × 13 pan.

Mix the last 3 ingredients and sprinkle over the batter.

Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.

Serve hot
