Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon + 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 pound beef strips
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced (yellow, red, and green, your choice)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- fresh cilantro
- serve with rice

Preparation
- In a small bowl, mix the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and 1 teaspoon of cornstarch. Set aside.
- In another bowl, add the steak, salt, pepper, and the remaining cornstarch.
- In a wok, heat the oil and add the steak, cooking for about 2 minutes.
- Set the meat aside, then add the onion, peppers, garlic, and ginger.
- Cook for 5 minutes, then add the steak back and cook for one more minute.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the meat, allow the sauce to thicken for a few minutes.
- Serve with a bit of cilantro
