The hasselback potato... Mmmmm
Here is a hasselback baked potato, very simple and very quick, it will wonderfully accompany your dinner
Ingredient:
6 potatoes
olive oil
salt
pepper
25g of butter
3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
bay leaves
2 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons of thyme
2 shallots

Preparation
1-Cut the potato into a hasselback shape.
2-Roughly chop one clove of garlic.
3-Place the potatoes in an ovenproof dish. Insert a bay leaf into each potato, as well as the garlic and thyme. Season with salt and drizzle olive oil over each potato.
4-Bake for 30 minutes
5-Peel and chop the shallots and the second clove of garlic into small pieces.
6-For the seasoning, put the butter in a hot pan, add a little olive oil and the shallots. Then, add the garlic and parsley and mix.
7-Take the potatoes out of the oven to season them: sprinkle the potatoes with the preparation.
8-Put back in the oven for another 10 minutes of cooking.
