A creamy delight with the delicious taste of fresh strawberries
Who doesn't love sweet treats that are easy to prepare and a delight to enjoy with family?
Here is an original and truly delicious suggestion: a dessert lasagna! A bit like a real lasagna, this dessert consists of multiple layers, each more appetizing than the last.
Ingredients
Oreo cookie crust
Strawberry cheesecake
Strawberry Jell-O
Topping
Preparation
To make the Oreo cookie crust, place the whole cookies in a food processor to make fine crumbs.
In a bowl, mix ½ cup melted butter with the Oreo cookie crumbs until the dough is evenly moistened.

Then, press the mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Place the dish in the freezer to firm up the crust while making the cheesecake layer.
In a bowl, mix ½ cup softened butter, 8 oz softened cream cheese, and 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.

To make the chocolate curls, use a vegetable peeler on the surface of a room-temperature white chocolate bar. Sprinkle the curls over the whipped cream.
Refrigerate for 2 more hours before serving, or overnight.
Notes:
The cake keeps in the refrigerator.
For the whipped cream, you can use thawed whipped topping like Cool Whip. For homemade whipped cream, beat 3 ½ cups of heavy whipped cream with 2 tablespoons of vanilla until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar to taste and continue mixing at high speed until firm peaks form.
