A creamy delight with the delicious taste of fresh strawberries
Who doesn't love little treats that are easy to make and enjoyable to savor with the family?
Here's an original and truly delicious suggestion: a dessert lasagna! Just like a real lasagna, this dessert is made up of multiple layers, each more appetizing than the last.
Ingredients
Oreo Cookie Crust
Strawberry Cheesecake
Strawberry Jell-O
Topping
Preparation
To make the Oreo cookie crust, place whole cookies in a food processor to make fine crumbs.
In a bowl, mix ½ cup of melted butter with the Oreo cookie crumbs until the mixture is evenly moistened.

Then, press the mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Place the dish in the freezer to firm up the crust while making the cheesecake layer.
In a bowl, mix ½ cup of softened butter, 8 oz of softened cream cheese and 1 cup of powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.

To make the chocolate curls, use a vegetable peeler on the surface of a room-temperature white chocolate bar. Sprinkle the curls over the whipped cream.
Refrigerate for another 2 hours before serving, or overnight.
Notes:
The cake keeps in the refrigerator.
For whipped cream, you can use thawed whipped topping like Cool Whip. For homemade whipped cream, beat 3 ½ cups of heavy whipping cream with 2 tablespoons of vanilla until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar to taste and continue mixing at high speed until stiff peaks form.
