My daughter is the greatest cookie baker I know! Last night, she concocted these cookies for her school snack! What a disappointment when she woke up this morning to find the dish completely empty! They didn't last long here! Poor darling!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats, uncooked
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or chunks
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips or chunks

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt, sugar, brown sugar, butter, and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer,
- add the flour, oats, baking soda, and salt. Beat at low speed, then fold in the chocolate chips or chunks.
- On an ungreased baking sheet, drop the dough by the spoonful.
- Bake in oven for 8 to 14 minutes.
