A pasta dish that I love, a mix of mushrooms and shrimp... Yum
Ingredients
2 tablespoons of olive oil
20 small shrimp
3 cloves of garlic
dried basil to taste
red pepper flakes to taste
paprika to taste
8 oz of sliced mushrooms
1 cup of 10% cream
1/2 cup of grated parmesan
3/4 cup of grated mozzarella cheese
8 oz fettuccine

Preparation
In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, add the garlic and shrimp, cook for 2 minutes.
Turn the shrimp over and sprinkle over with basil, paprika, and salt, cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside
In the same pan, add the mushrooms, add more olive oil if necessary and cook on high heat for about 2 minutes.
In the pan with the mushrooms, add the cooked shrimp, cream, and all the cheese, bring to a boil, then reduce and simmer, stirring constantly, until all the cheese is melted. Cover with the lid and remove from heat.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Reserve some of the cooking water.
Add the pasta to the pan with the shrimp and mushrooms.
If the sauce is too thick, add a little cooking water.
