Ingredients :
- 2 pounds of medium-lean ground pork
- 1 chopped onion
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) toasted flour
- Salt and pepper

Preparation :
- In a bowl, combine the ground pork, cloves, onions, cinnamon, dry mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, then roll them in flour.
- In a large skillet or pot, melt the butter and brown the meatballs.
- Add the boiling water, cover, and let simmer for 1 hour.
- In a small bowl, combine the flour with a bit of cold water.
- Pour into the pot.
- Let simmer until the sauce thickens.
