Tired of mashed or fried potatoes? Looking for a side dish that pairs well with all meats and fish?
Look no further! Whether you're cooking a whole Greek-inspired meal or a recipe from your grandmother, prepare these potatoes that are so easy to make and that will delight all your guests.
This summer, you can also prepare them on the barbecue and enjoy them outside!
You only need simple ingredients and little time! We love that!
Ingredients:
2 pounds (910 g) Yukon potatoes
½ cup (125 ml) extra-virgin olive oil
1/3 cup (85 ml) lemon juice
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons (30 g) mustard
1 tablespoon (15 g) dried oregano
salt and pepper
Preparation:
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, the 4 cloves of minced garlic, lemon juice, mustard, and dried oregano. Mix and season with salt and pepper.

Cut the potatoes in half and place them in a large bowl.
Pour the oil and seasoning mixture over the potatoes, and mix until they are well coated.

Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or sulfurized paper.

Cover with a large sheet of aluminum foil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (400 °F) for 50 minutes.
Remove the aluminum foil and continue baking for 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden.
Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
