This golden pan-seared chicken is topped with crispy bacon and a creamy, luscious honey mustard sauce. Plus, this easy chicken dish only takes one pan and 30 minutes of your time.

Ingredients
¼ pound of bacon, chopped 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or chicken thighs) Salt and pepper 3 tablespoons whole grain mustard 2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced ¼ cup honey 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 cup milk ⅓ cup cream 2 teaspoons cornstarch mixed with 2 teaspoons water 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
In a pan, cook the bacon until crispy. Set aside.
Leave 1 tablespoon of bacon fat in the pan and add the chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook about 3 minutes per side. (You don't need to fully cook the chicken at this stage). Set aside.

Add the mustard, minced garlic, honey, milk, and cream to the pan.

In a small bowl, whisk the cornstarch and water, then pour into the sauce.
Let simmer until the sauce thickens.
Return the chicken to the pan and coat the breasts well with the sauce.
Let simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
