Who doesn't love potatoes? I believe this vegetable is loved all around the world! This way of cooking them is amazing!
INGREDIENTS
- Russet potatoes
- Olive oil
- Black pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- Salt
- Herbs of Provence
PREPARATION
- Wash the potatoes without peeling them. Cut them into slices about 1 cm thick.
- Rinse under cold water and pat dry using paper towels.
- Place the potato slices in a bowl and add olive oil, pepper, cayenne pepper, salt, and herbs of Provence.
- Mix with your hands to coat well.
- Place the potatoes on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with salt again.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 425 °F for 15 minutes.
- Flip the potatoes and bake for another 15 minutes.
- Flip once more and bake for another 10 minutes.
With sour cream and freshly chopped chives, it's pure joy!
