Because we all need a good mushroom sauce recipe at some point...
This one is particularly delicious.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 16 ounces of mushrooms
- 1/3 cup 35% cream
- 1/2 teaspoon of thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon of oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of basil
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parmesan
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Preparation
- In a pan, melt the butter.
- Add the garlic and mushrooms, cook for about 6 minutes.
- Add the cream, thyme, oregano, and basil along with the pepper and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Let simmer until the sauce is thicker
- Stir in the parmesan.
And there you go!
