How to make homemade Baileys

Baileys is a winter classic and nothing is easier than getting it at the SAQ. But it can be expensive.

So it's interesting to make our own. Plus, we add love to it and it makes a great gift for our loved ones!

Here's how to do it…

Ingredients:

1 ¾ cups (437 ml) of Bacardi white rum

1 can of sweetened condensed milk

1 cup (250 ml) of heavy cream

2 tablespoons (30 ml) of dark chocolate syrup

1 teaspoon of espresso powder

Preparation:

1. Add all the ingredients into a bowl or blender.

2. Blend or mix for 30 seconds.

3. Pour into clean bottles.

Refrigerate for up to 6 weeks.
