It is entirely possible to make a creamy and delicious sauce, without stress and hassle. 

This recipe is likely to become a family tradition, as they will ask for it again and again!

This Alfredo sauce is easy to make and requires only a handful of ingredients. Furthermore, it can be prepared in about 5 minutes! Mix your pasta in this sauce or top your chicken with it.

It will be a nice change from the Wednesday bolognese sauce and you can use it for both your dinners with guests and your office lunches!

Buns In My Oven


Ingredients :

  • 1 cup (250 ml) of heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup (125 g) of butter
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) of minced garlic
  • 2 cups (500 g) of grated parmesan
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) of ground black pepper

Preparation :

  1. Put the cream and butter in a saucepan over medium heat and let simmer.

  1. Add the garlic while whisking and let simmer for 30 seconds.
  2. Turn off the heat and incorporate the parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  3. Continue to whisk until the cheese is completely melted, and the sauce is smooth and creamy.

  1. Serve immediately.

It's disarmingly simple!

You can sprinkle parmesan over your pasta dish coated with sauce or add freshly ground pepper or fresh herbs if desired.
