Almost everyone loves pasta, a little, a lot, passionately! They are quite economical, comforting, energizing, and quick to prepare. Moreover, they come in various shapes and can be coated with numerous types of sauces. They can be a main dish or the perfect side to many meat and fish recipes.

Alfredo pasta is a classic, but many people are afraid of making a homemade sauce, wrongly believing it is difficult. It is not at all the case!

It is entirely possible to create a creamy and delicious sauce, without stress and hassle. 

This recipe is likely to become a family tradition, requested time and again!

This Alfredo sauce is easy to prepare and requires just a handful of ingredients. Furthermore, it can be made in about 5 minutes! Mix your pasta in this sauce or drizzle it over chicken.

This will be a great change from Wednesday's Bolognese sauce and you can use it for your dinner parties as well as office lunches!

Buns In My Oven


Ingredients :

  • 1 cup (250 ml) of heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup (125 g) of butter
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) of minced garlic
  • 2 cups (500 g) of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) of ground black pepper

Preparation :

  1. Put the cream and butter in a saucepan over medium heat and simmer.

  1. Add the garlic while whisking and simmer for 30 seconds.
  2. Turn off the heat and stir in the parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  3. Continue to whisk until the cheese is completely melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.

  1. Serve immediately.

It's disarmingly simple!

You can sprinkle parmesan over your pasta dish coated with sauce or add pepper from the mill or fresh herbs if desired.
