Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 280 ml of vegetable oil
- 2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 3 cups of flour
- 3 apples, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup of chopped pecans
- For the butter sauce:
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 60 ml of milk
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- a pinch of salt
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and butter a Bundt pan.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs until foamy.
- Incorporate the sugar, vanilla, and vegetable oil.
- In a second bowl, combine the flour with the baking soda and salt.
- Add to the egg mixture, as well as the pecans and apples.
- Pour into the prepared pan.
- Bake for about 75 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine the butter, milk, brown sugar, and salt.
- Bring to a boil and let boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Pour the sauce over the warm cake.
