OMG, it's definitely the most INDULGENT dessert that exists!

Ingredients
For the batter:
1 1/4 cup of flour
1 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1/2 cup of canola oil
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1 egg
2/3 cup of milk
For the sauce:
1 1/4 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1 1/2 cup of 35% cream
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and butter an 8-inch square baking dish.
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a second bowl, whisk the oil with the brown sugar, then add the egg.
Alternately add the dry ingredients and the milk.
Pour the batter into the prepared dish.
In a saucepan, mix the brown sugar, sugar, and cornstarch.
Add the cream and bring to a boil.
Pour the sauce over the batter.
Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.
