Even the kids love cooked carrots ever since I started making them this way!

Ingredients

• 2 pounds of large carrots, cut into 2-inch pieces (baby carrots will also work)
• ½ cup of butter
• 3 tablespoons of honey
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• salt and pepper
• Parsley, chopped for garnish

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
2. In a saucepan, heat the butter and whisk for a few minutes, until the butter starts to become foamy and brown.
3. Add the honey and garlic and remove from heat.
4. In a large bowl, place the carrots and pour the butter over the top. Mix.
5. Transfer the carrots to a large baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the carrots are tender.
7. Garnish with parsley.
