
A recipe much less complex than one might think
Learn to cook bread with ham, olives, and bacon
Ingredients
5 oz of white wine
3 1/3 ounces of olive oil
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
150 g of Swiss or cheddar cheese, grated
1 large onion
100 g of bacon
200 g of already cooked ham
100 g of black olives
100g of green olives
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
Preparation
1. In a bowl, mix the wine, oil, eggs, and salt.
2. In another bowl, mix the flour and baking powder and incorporate the liquid preparation.
3. Finely chop the onion and cook it with a bit of olive oil.
4. Add the bacon to the onions and cook for a few minutes. Discard all liquid
5. Chop the olives, parsley, and ham.
6. Pour all the ingredients and the grated cheese into the basic preparation
7. Pour into a bread pan.
8. Bake for 1 hour at 350° F.
