Ingredients
- 8 ounces of linguine
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 pound of shrimp
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan
Preparation
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
- In a skillet, melt the butter and add the shrimp, garlic, and pepper flakes. Cook for about 3 minutes.
- Incorporate the wine and lemon juice, then add salt and pepper. Let simmer for a few minutes, then remove from heat.
- Add the pasta, lemon zest, and parsley.
- Garnish with parmesan when serving.
