Easy and really delicious! Simplicity sometimes holds beautiful surprises for us.
Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin, cut into cubes
- 3/4 cup of chili sauce
- 1/2 cup of maple syrup
- 1 packet of onion soup
- Vegetables of choice: Mushrooms, carrots, bell peppers, onions
Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine the chili sauce, maple syrup, and onion soup mix.
- Reserve 1/4 of the marinade to cook the vegetables.
- Add the pork cubes to the marinade, cover, and transfer to the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- In a skillet, cook the vegetables with the reserved marinade. Transfer the vegetables to a plate.
- In the same skillet, brown the pork on all sides in hot oil, return the vegetables to the skillet, and cook until the pork is cooked through.
- Serve over rice.
